I get asked all the time, what is my leg routine? 🤪

well I’ve played soccer for 25+ years (any position on the left side, I’m left footed), which gave my legs a great foundation.

I competed in powerlifting for a few years, (max squat was 325 lb and 405 lb deadlift) and during those days I was at the gym up to 5x a week for multiple hours. Now, I have gotten into running and go to the gym 2-3x a week and don’t train nearly as heavy anymore (5-20 rep ranges these days).

Some of my favorite leg exercises include hack squats, leg extensions, dumbbell deadlifts, lunges, leg curls.
