Unfortunately this is a big reason why I haven't been able to make content as much as I would have loved. Camming even just toy play is extremely knee intensive for me making it painful to work with. As of 2 days ago I've been told a run down I would need a custom made knee brace for recovery followed by 2 months of physio therapy for strengthening and rehabilitation.
