Added 2019-11-06 23:11:30 +0000 UTCA couple of months ago I took a much needed vacation to Fiji. I had not had a vacation in two years so I spared no expense. I had my own villa over the water with a dock to the beach then a boardwalk to the pool, spas, lobby, etc. I did yoga. I went scuba diving and hiked every trail I could find. On this particular day I started the day with yoga, then a hike, then I tried wind sailing for the first time. I was exhausted and my muscles were aching so one of the resort staff suggested I try out the Turkish spa.
