Lol Maybe some of you want to do it with me every day and we can keep each other accountable and encourage each other. I dunno. Just thoughts. I have been setting mini goals for myself. One mini goal is to do 10 minutes of yoga every day. And now on day 6 I’m averaging 30 minutes a day. One day I only did 10 minutes, but it still felt good to get it in. What do you want to do every day that your skipping? Maybe try setting a mini goal. Even if it’s just 2 minutes. It will get you started and doing it every day even just a little bit will build the Habit. My other new habit is sitting down to enjoy at least one chapter from one of the many books I’ve collected but never read. What’s a good book you would suggest? Let’s start a book club! Lol Maybe I’ll start posting all my habits and you guys can tell me yours too? Again just ideas. Who wants to get healthy with me?!
