It can be used for anything tho it tastes rly good!! ♥️ Ingredients: 1 tablespoon lavender herb 1 tablespoon rose petals 1 tablespoon chamomile 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup oat milk (or any milk but dairy makes me feel sick lol) Honey (as much as u like) Directions: boil milk with all of these ingredients, stir clockwise to bring in energy or counterclockwise to banish energy. After about 5-8 minutes, strain. Add ice or wtvr if it’s too hot, and enjoy🍯♥️🔮
