




lil personal update 🐸 since getting back from my trip I've felt refreshed and inspired to start making some healthier habits for my lifestyle/routine again. I started working out again after a pretty long break from it, adjusting my sleep schedule, making goals to manage work better, and eating a bit healthier. I'm also trying to stop taking thc edibles regularly bc they make me over-snack and over-tired too often. it's hard because I really like the relaxation and most of all that it was the most reliable thing to ever help me get a good (or amazing) sleep at night. I bought a new pillow in the meantime lol not the same but I'm trying to get used to not having that help. It sucks for sleeping but overall probably a healthier choice for me personally. I'll still indulge time to time! but want that to be it so it's not a nightly thing anymore. I just really hope I don't fall off these better habits when winter comes and I start to lose motivation and get more seasonal depression. But, for the meantime!! I've been really proud of myself for these changes so far. Also worked out 4 or 5 times in the first week since getting home- please be proud of me! 👉👈 Alright, that's it, love you and wish you luck with any healthy habits you're working on right now, things you're trying to quit, or goals you're slowly climbing up on.
