


so everyone always asks what type of workout i do to grow my legs/thighs... thought i'd share a little bit into my workout!!
hip thrusts – the king of assxercises. no explanations needed ;) my fav to grow my thicc ass
bulgarian split squats – these are brutal but effective. i make sure to keep a forward lean to shift more emphasis onto the glutes.
romanian deadlifts – a great one for that stretch and contraction in the glutes and hamstrings. slow and controlled is key!!!
