Being pushed beyond where it thinks it can go isn't a withdrawal of consent for this slave. This slave is complicit in the acts done to it. -It has chosen this.- This slave is most stressed when it is not serving or when it feels it's not given all it can, when it feels it has made things hard for its Master. The best sessions for this slave, the ones it has felt true peace and belonging from... have been the sessions where it was pushed hardest, where it might even have cried and begged mercy but been ignored. The sessions that prove it has no control. That it has served its Master to his satisfaction. This slave does not want to dictate how far things go. Everyone and their dynamics are different, but that is how this one is. If in a session it screams and moves too much and its Master stops, does it feel better? No. It feels like we need to try again, it will suggest different ways to restrain it, gags and sound proofers, actually beg its Master to please not stop even if it begs. He has no intention of seriously harming or damaging this slave - in any way.
