So new content from the weekend soon, and then I can predict we will be back to the usual 🤭. My resilience to pain seems to have come back... And our weekend away has inspired my Master so I guess we will all find out what that means . In general my training is going through a little acceleration in progression, so hopefully that sill be reflected :) thank you for the support ❤️❤️
