This is an amusing yet unfortunate reality of today's current culture. 😭

Since the beginning of the year I have regularly indulged in daily meditation. πŸ•‰

So many people tell me that "They can't do that."
It's fascinating how we choose to limit ourselves from true mental, physical & spiritual health in its most simplistic ways.

The most valuable relationship you will ever have is with the person in the minor. When we have a loving relationship with with ourselves we are able to project that energy into the world and share it with others.

When we don't truly love or care for ourselves we are constantly pouring for an empty cup. βŒ›οΈ

This behavior leads to anger, depression, anxiety, resentment, guilt and many other low level emotions. These low level emotions eventually lead to dis-ease within the body and mind. These things can be temporarily masked, but not ever cured with πŸ’Š.

I would offer to that if you feeeeel that you are unable to meditate AND you have a mind that is racing (hint...most of us do) try sleep hypnosis.
There is an amazing man named John Moyer look him up on Y0uTube. These are 8 hour long meditations to take you through the night. He probably has 20 of them on Y0uTube. πŸ•‰

We live in a day and age where we are constantly being inundated with information, our phones have taken over our life in many ways and most people don't have healthy outlets.

We are living in a society of addict!0n whether it be to p0rn, food, alc0h0l... fill in the blank _________ and/or the low level emotions that I have spoken about here above.

Yes, believe it or not, it is true that you can literally become addicted to the trigger of your own emotions. Emotions trigger chem!cal c0cktails within the 🧠.

Become aware of your thoughts throughout the & the flood of feelings that follow.

The bottom line no one is coming to save you- you must learn to save yourself in a loving holistic way. Oooor do what you have always done & get the same results.
