I found this at home pole workout video I made back in March when I skipped class one morning. Now I’m regretting every class I ever skipped because they don’t offer morning classes anymore 😩 I miss going so much, it’s just not quite the same at home. When I’m dancing/flowing I thought the screen recording would Record the music I was listening to while dancing, but it did not. So unfortunately, I do not have the music synced up to what I was doing because I cannot hear what exactly was playing. 🤦🏻♀️ #pole #nakedpoledance #poledance
