Pretty much the only meal i enjoy on this cut. I eat this at end of day on my non training days. Half cup of raw oats, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt and a scoop of protein. My go to protein is precision brand honey granola. It mixes good with everything and flavor is decent.
