I will miss this magical region of the world SO much!
I love being in the mountains, always surrounded by at least one snowy peak or an entire range, with beautiful glacier lakes and ocean fjords, i love the unbelievable mountain formations that make this region so unique and the treks that take your breath away around every corner, I love being in these cute towns and small cities that are just a step away from the most beautiful sceneries on earth.
I am so so so grateful to have lived here for 2 months ~ and it definitely wonāt be the last time!
I knew coming into my South America trip that I was the most excited about 3 of the places I was visiting and those 3 have become the regions of the world I will always return to: Sacred Valley in Peru, the GalĆ”pagos Islands and Patagonia in Chile & Argentinaš¤
The mountains gift you a sense of freedom & a feeling that your feet can take you across the earth, to places so raw & so wild, to the peaks & views that make you feel like youāre on top of the worldā¦ itās a connection to the mountains you carry with you always!
I have been in the Himalayas & Andes consecutively for so long now, but a great love for the ocean awakened in me in the Galapagos that I am so excited to explore deeper for the next 2 years in Central America ~ this will be the longest time Iāve ever been away from the mountainsš¤
