Added 2022-11-09 21:53:33 +0000 UTCI want to notify you that we are having problems with Nico's verification (even though we had already sent the application and they had told us that we could upload content together). But recently, two months later, they have said that they do not accept the Spanish ID because it has text in Spanish, they have not accepted a sworn and stamped translation because they say that it must be original in English issued by the government (and that does not exist in Spain), they have not accepted his European international driving license either... in short... a very irritating situation. And without warning they have started to erase much of my content until we verify his identity with a government issued document in English, we have made an appointment to renew the passport. As soon as this situation is resolved (days), which I hope will be soon I will upload content, including the backlog of content I am accumulating these days, I do not want to risk uploading it and have it deleted. I am very unhappy with the way they treat us.
