Some days are harder than others and something that always sends me for a spiral is missing appointments.
I’m going to continue to miss appointments my whole life so no use in letting negative self talk get the better of me.
(I really just ate ice cream and slept in the entire day but it’s okay because I love myself and tomorrow is another wonderful day full of opportunity 💕)
