Hello from the gym, guys! As you all know, I do several hours of exercise almost every day to get in shape for my Owner. Physical activity also has the advantage that it is very good for me mentally. I really notice how it affects my mood negatively when I can't go to the gym – for example when I have a migraine attack or am sick like recently.
