Today I wasn't feeling so well. I was pretty down and depressed. Probably because the last few months have been so mentally exhausting that it will take some time for me to recover. Today it all just came crashing down on me again. My Owner had to work and therefore didn't have time to be there for me and build me up. So it was the perfect opportunity for me to practice self-care. Currently I try to have regular me-time without my Owner so that I'm not dependent on him mentally and mood-wise. I still find it hard to practice self-care, but I’m getting better at it. So my Master ordered me to go for a little walk in the park, all by myself.
