Today, I’ve got something special for you... How about starting the day with a delicious and healthy breakfast? 🍽️✨
I absolutely love cooking, and one of my favorite dishes is syrniki! 😋
So, I thought I’d share my go-to recipe that always turns out perfect! 💖
Here’s my recipe for the perfect syrniki:
🥣 Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 250-300 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Wheat flour – 2-3 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp (or a little more if you like);
- A pinch of salt;
- Unrefined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp (for frying).
How I make them:
1️⃣ Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth, then add sugar, salt, and a little vanilla. Mix it all together.
2️⃣ Add the flour and egg, then mix again. The dough should be soft and tender.
3️⃣ On a floured surface, shape the dough into a sausage and cut it into pieces about 2 cm thick. Roll each piece in flour and gently flatten into a circle.
4️⃣ Heat some oil in a pan, then fry the syrniki on both sides until g0lden.
Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook for a few more minutes.
And voilà – my perfect syrniki are ready! 🥞 I usually serve them with thick yogurt and fresh fruit.
Today, I went with peach and blueberries – so tasty and healthy! 🍑🫐
