



After the beach I changed. Went to gym. That machine is difficult for the bar. Both sides had own weights so I had to go slow to get the proper motion. At home. The gym has one set of weight
so easier range of motion. Tricep was 60 each side. 120lb - bicep was 35lb each side So a total of 70. And at home gym doing a personal video was tough too. Big crowds so I didn't want to create a video 😂
