Hope you enjoy this little stretch sesh I did on my patio! I got some good angles of the poses I was following along to and decided to strip out of my shorts after a few mins so I could reduce any flexibility limitations 😉 maybe next time I’ll use my camera and mic so I could provide instructions and make a tutorial.. naked again of course 😏🍑🍆
