Random reminder to pay attention to your mental health today 🙂💕 I met up with a friend this weekend and we got to talking about mental health and how we both find ourselves struggling with it frequently. While there are always mental health forces beyond our control, we both talked about how doom scrolling, not getting enough exercise, eating junk food, not getting enough sleep, etc., could easily push us into a funk. So here's your reminder to go touch grass, eat a vegetable, call someone you love, stretch, have a dance party, or (as my mom's new coffee cup says) drink the tears of your enemies.
