The temperature of the air felt like the same temperature of my body, so it was very hard to tell where my skin stopped and the air began. 💨 I continually believe that more people would embrace nudity if they spent some time outside naked. There is something truly so magical about it. But to each their own! At the end of the video I start taking some deep breath‘s of the fresh and crisp morning air. I decided to do some deep breathing super deep breathing after I stopped recording. I’ll make a breathing video in the future as well. ☺️
