Added 2021-03-31 14:40:51 +0000 UTCI got the immense pleasure to lay out in the sun naked yesterday and get vitamin D on every inch of my body ☀️ I love soaking up the sun with nothing on, it makes me feel charged and truly enhances my mood. It is really incredible how much the sun can effect our moods and habits. With my lifelong journey of living with depression/anxiety I have been able to tell a noticeable difference in how long it takes me to bounce back from a depression episode based on how much sunshine I am able to get. The morning of this video I actually woke up very emotional and sad because I had just started my moon cycle, so I laid out like this and by the end of my session with the sun (plus meditative breathing) I was feeling much more at peace with myself.🥰
