Mental health is one of the big barriers in my life and it looks like I'm going to have a rough couple of days to weeks coming up. Long story short I'm not going to be able to get a refill until the 15th for the medication that has been consistent (AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL) for over the past year.
I am okay, but everything today was more than overwhelming. I'll be trying to keep to July's schedule as close as possible, but I'm also going to try not to fret if get behind. We're going to roll with the flow and work on things as they feel right and not trying to force anything.
I apologize ahead of time if this pushes any commissions back, but with how I had thing spread out through the month.... I think that we'll be mostly on track.
