Started with 6 sets of wide grip pull downs 6 sets of standing ez bar curls 4 sets of bent over barbell rows 4 sets of bent over isolated dB curls 4 sets of single arm pull downs 4 sets of machine preacher curls 4 sets of seated cable rows. Looks like the hub went bad on my truck yesterday and nearly lost my wheel while driving. so doesn't look like I'm gonna be able to make it to the gym until the parts come in and I can fix it.
