Hit some tris and chest 6 sets of flat bench pyramid up and down 4 sets of seated machine chest presses 2 sets of dB Flys 4 sets of tricep cable press downs 2 sets of weighted dips 2 sets of single arm over head tricep extensions 2 sets of close grip bench Finished up with a high rep 3 step drop sets on a seated tricep extension machine.
