



Banged out some chest, tri and delt work tonight Started with some heavy dB chest presses for 6 sets Side lateral dB raises for 4 sets Tricep press downs for 4 sets Seated machine chest presses super setted with incline presses for 4 sets Seated dB shoulder presses 4 sets Single arm tricep rope extensions for 4 sets Finished up with 2 super sets of dB kickbacks and diamond push-ups until failure.
