Got some back and bicep work in 4 sets of bent over barbell rows 4 sets of standing cable curls 6 sets of pulldowns ( 3 wide, 3 close) 4 sets of standing ez bar curls 4 sets of seated cable rows 4 sets of single arm machine preacher curls 2 sets of high rep seated machine rows
