

Few shots from Tuesday after bis and and back. 4 sets of wide grip pulldowns 4 sets of machine preacher curls 4 sets of seated plateachine rows 4 sets of standing ez bar curls 3 sets of t-rows followed by 3 sets of bent over barbell rows 4 sets of high rep standing cable curls Finished up with 2 sets of seated rope grip rows Tonight I did some leg work 6 sets of hack squats 4 sets of standing calve raises 4 sets on leg press super setted with calve presses 4 sets of of leg extensions 4 sets of leg curls Finished up on 2 abductor machines 2 sets each.
