Hit some chest, shoulders and tris tonight 4 sets of bench 4 sets of machine presses 4 sets of db flys supersetted with front db raises Seated db shoulder presses 2 sets of reverse machine flys 4 sets of tricep pushdowns ( all sets 5 step dropsets) 4 sets of single arm overhead tricep extensions 2 sets of close grip bench 2 sets of diamond pushups until failure
