I recorded this before announcing my change in direction here, and as you can see, I was experiencing a lot of fear and resistance. I wasn't going to post this, but thought I'd continue to share my vulnerability during this period of change. For some of us, facing change head on might not be as intimidating. But for others, it involves an extreme amount of stress 😅. I hope this inspires you to push through that resistance and go for it like I did, whether big or small.
