This video was unplanned. I was going about my usual bedtime routine, and just as I was about to oil up my body, I thought to hit record to give you a peek at some of my self-care habits :) Apart from keeping up with body care, this also helps me relax and set the mood for a good night's rest. 😴
I also posted this to my stories before moving out of my apartment, so it will be familiar to some of you.
