Hope you’re all having a nice weekend so far :) Before I leave for my road trip tomorrow (5am), I thought I would give you a tour of the renovated skoolie bus! 🚌 I’ve mentioned it during one of my live cam shows, and briefly discussed on my stories - but for those of you who missed out on the updates, I’ll catch you up here ^_^ Back in May 2021, we came upon this bus that was being sold by an older couple who had plans to travel during their retirement. They had a change of plans due to changes in their health 😔, and unfortunately had to sell it. We’ve always talked about doing road trips around the country in a travel van or bus, so we couldn’t pass on the offer. My partner and his brother-in-law decided to go half and half on buying the bus and ended up getting an awesome deal on it! Since then, they’ve slowly been working on renovating it all by themselves, and it has been so cool to see the progress throughout the past few months! It’s not 100% finished yet, but it’s definitely good enough to go on our first trip 😎. We decided on Tallulah Falls, Georgia 🗺 We didn’t want to pick somewhere too far out for our first bus trip in case we have any unexpected complications 🤞.
