Day 3 Upper Body
Arnold dumbbell press 5 sets of 5 reps @ 60lbs
Side lat raise 5 sets of 12 reps @ 25lbs
EZ bar curl 5 sets of 25 reps @ 50lbs
Cable crunch 5 sets of 15 reps @ 200lbs
Alt hammer curls 5 sets 20 reps @ 25lbs
Day 4 Leg day
Romanian Deadlift 5 sets 15 reps @ 90lbs
Single leg curl 5 sets 7 reps @ 150lbs
Leg press 5 sets 15 reps @ 360lbs
Pec fly 5 sets @ 210lbs
Reps: 12, 10, 10, 8, 8
Double leg extension 5 sets 15 reps @ 170lbs
