Normally I would start with deadlifts, but I misplaced my lifting straps and haven’t had a chance to replace them
Narrow grip lat pull down
5 sets of 5 reps @ 240lbs
Wide grip lat pull downs
5 sets of 7 reps @ 200lbs
Seated calf raises
5 sets of 10 reps @ 180lbs
Narrow grip seated cable rows
5 sets of 8 reps @ 240lbs
Wide grip seated cable rows
5 sets of 10 reps @ 200lbs
