MCAS with gastroparesis isn’t a combo Id wish on anyone. My MCAS affects my stomach, joints and gets up in my brain, causing intense brain fog and fatigue. My last flare up was caused by spaghetti sauce. Isn't that the goofiest thing? I also have suffered a large mental block due to some goings on in my personal life and not feeling desirable or special to people I let into my sphere. It really impacts this work, Ive been feeling so odd about showing up here as a Goddess and feeling so the opposite IRL. I apologize. See you soon ❤️❤️
