Added 2023-04-12 01:35:56 +0000 UTCSo I’ve probably been feeling so shitty because my vitamin D levels are at an 8 out of 40. vitamin D affects like hella shit in your body from mood to hair density to ability to sleep to hormone levels. It would explain my chronic nausea and stomach issues as well. I cannot seem to get them up and stabilized with supplements and intermittent sun. I need consistency. A dear old friend in Las Vegas has generously given me the go to stay at his vacation apartment for many weeks, because he would like to see me back to my old self. So I will be heading there next weekend!!!!!!!! No cats. Big space. Content incoming. I think this is a HUGE piece of this wellness puzzle. I’m so excited. new content tonight ❤️
