I take 5 measurements -
1. From the back of my throat to the tip of my tongue (this one made me gag a little haha)
2. The full width of my tongue
3. The width of the tip when i point it
4. When i stick it all the way out, how far from my mouth it comes out
5. How wide i can open my mouth (width & length)
I tried to measure the thickness but my tongue was so strong i was having issue 🙈🙈🙈
