

Easy Teriyaki Sauce!
Ingredients
for 4 serving
2 lb chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into chunks
Sauce
Primary Base
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
If desired spicy flavor, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of paprika
Preparation
- Sear the chicken evenly in a pan, then flip
- Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring and bringing to a boil
- Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken
- Serve with rice, if desired
