Health/training update: Last week I transitioned from my previous routine of alternating every day of training (1 On, 1 Off) to a new workout sequence of 3 consecutive days of HIITs followed by 1 off day (with some low impact cardio). Increasing the frequency already feels more productive and will yield significantly better development and faster body fat reduction.

I've also been doing some research on keto and found a scientific study showing conclusively that modestly increasing my carb intake will improve energy recovery, cellular repair and improve hypertrophy, with no appreciable negative impact on my body's fat burning capabilities. I've been keeping it around 30-40g per day for several weeks and I feel good but increasing my training volume necessitates a commensurate increase in nutritional support to have optimally functioning metabolic performance and maintain efficiency and physical recovery. Body fat clocking at roughly 16% which is a big improvement over the last two weeks.. but I've got further to go. The target is 10%~ and then I'll be re-assessing my condition/performance and goals.
