Added 2023-12-27 15:00:24 +0000 UTCBeing in Arizona with the fam has been so nice, but this lil frolicking eARTh fairy is craving time alone in nature to reset🍁🍂🌵 Luckily I snuck away during my family hike to find some solace under a lovely autumnal tree and flash you all of the wondrous goodies under my clothes! As much as I cherish time with them, it can get pretty hectic, and old patterns and triggers eventually begin to surface. I sometimes like to pretend it’s a test. A test of growth to see how my not-so-healthy reactions and previous behaviors have shifted over time. These are the situations I begin to see the fruits of my dedicated yoga practice and other mindfulness practices (like meditation and solo time outdoors) I commit myself so fully to. It’s not just about looking good, it’s about awareness, self-observance, healing, and ultimately feeling good. Anywhooo, thanks for always listening to the lil tangents my brain likes to go on🥴 appreciate you more than you know!
