You'll be looking at the first picture for the first 10 seconds, then as the timer goes off you'll look at the second one instead, and so on. You will be allowed to touch yourself while you look at the first picture, but not while looking at the second one, so you'll spend 10 seconds touching and 10 seconds not touching, for a total of 5 minutes.
