

Hello Dears, This week will be more difficult for you. I'd like you to think about something that you do for self-gratification, something you do that in no way brings anyone else pleasure. Things like eating sweets, watching tv, working out, masturbating, etc. Pick one that you do on a regular basis. This week, every time you do that activity, you are going to kneel on uncooked rice or gravel (something that is uncomfortable to kneel on). The first time, you will be kneeling on something uncomfortable for one minute, and with each succeeding time, you will add one more minute (4'th time is 4 minutes, 5'th time is 5 minutes, etc.). These minutes will compound throughout the week, they do not reset at the end of each day. At the peak of pain and discomfort, concentrate on how this is about giving me what I want, and not about your desires. At the end of the week, I will be excitedly waiting to hear how many minutes each one of you was able to reach. If you're able, you can take a photo of your knees with their grooves and dimples after kneeling, and submit it at the end of the week to put an extra smile on my face.
