Lifting heavy today's arm workout. Did the stack on virtually every machine. I'm going to add more size to my arms by giving Tris & Bis their own day. Today was tricep with one bicep exercise & I'll do the reverse tomorrow. Instead of combining for an entire workout. This will add the inches I want to my guns.
