That foundation allowed my body to respond well to my first time on. I coach guys online and locally...so many, especially beginners, wanna start on gear before knowing how to train with intensity & consistency. That foundation is what allowed me to respond well. As you see in the training videos I workout with intensity & lift heavy. Without that no steroid will work. There's no magic pill that will replace hard work.
