Added 2019-10-31 20:58:03 +0000 UTCI was asked for a transformation pic...here's a comparison. The pic on the left was taken a year before I started lifting. 150lbs believe it or not. Went from pencil neck to no neck. Sometimes when I look in the mirror today I see that skinny guy...never big enough. Guess that's a good thing, right? Keep growing!
