

My recent addiction to live music and dancing has been a much more exciting way to get exercise than going to the gym. I’ve notice that since I started, I have more energy, a brighter attitude, and I find myself moving to any music I hear, anywhere! Meeting people while out dancing is also more entertaining than endlessly swiping and creating pathetic penpal relationships that go nowhere on dating apps. In a three minute song, I can pick up on whether there might be chemistry between us and a pretty good idea of how well they know how to use their body. The right fit can feel like skipping straight to foreplay on the dance floor. If you compare that to the time it takes to match on an app, chat long enough to exchange phone numbers, text, set up a date, finally go out (if you *even* make it that far) and make small talk for an hour, it's a marvelous life hack!
