He still stands by his initial thing that it needs to be replaced, so we will see if the realator/owner follow through... each day less and less hot water. Yesterday i figured out a technique that works pretty well! basically just turn it off everytime im not actually rinsing. that way each time i really do need to get wet I get bits of warm water and increments of being warm! not ideal... but its something! and at least not winter... 🙃
