I get up about 6:30, drink a cup of coffee and workout at home. I work out 4 to 5 days a week mostly cardio and strength training. Then I eat breakfast, usually an avocado and a protein shake. Then I check my emails and go over my to do list for the day. It usually involves creating content, walking my dog, and answering text messages.
