




I want to tell you about my journey to eating right. It all started when I often began to feel tired and stomach pains. My mom suggested switching to a healthy diet, and at first I was skeptical. We eliminated sweets and convenience foods, replacing them with fruits, vegetables and whole grain products😙
The first few days were difficult, but soon I noticed improvements: my skin was clearer, I no longer felt tired all the time, and my mood improved. We started cooking with my mom and I discovered many new dishes, such as the green smoothies I now make every morning🤩
I also learned about the importance of nutrients and started to get my diet right. Friends noticed my changes and asked me how I achieved it. I shared my knowledge and even held small workshops😽
🫶Now proper nutrition is part of my life. I feel better, I have more energy and confidence. This story has taught me that taking care of ourselves starts with what we eat
